Critical Illness Cover - It Pays to Ask
During a meeting with a new client our client mentioned that they had been diagnosed with cancer 18 months earlier. We asked the client if they had a critical illness policy in place and they informed us that they had. We asked the client if they had claimed on the policy and they said that they had not, it had not occurred to them to claim. After our meeting our client made a claim on their policy and was awarded £58,000.
